University of Portland: Personal Development for Students through Video
From Alon Finkelstein A month ago
The University of Portland Pamplin School of Business features a co-curricular personal and professional development program. While students learn the technical aspects of business, they are also expected to learn about themselves and develop their own personal and professional goals. Director of Professional Development Program at University of Portland, Gwynn Klobes, was looking for a way to help her students not only answer the question “Who am I?” but also prepare for the interviews and challenges they will face in the working world. She settled on video as a way of encouraging students to build their own personal brand. Discover how the University of Portland is using video to provide the ultimate feedback to guide their students’ personal development.
